Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 5th Seaside Series Dinner! A celebration of Seafood from Caudle's Catch! ⁠ ⁠ It was a treat to hear from The Cod Father himself, Ron Caudle, about the origin of the ingredients, and the wine pairings designed by our Sommelier Roby Fetti. ⁠ ⁠ Chef Alex Dunbar created an inventive, Argentinian inspired 4 Course Menu that excited the senses, including a Wagyu Steak with massive Argentinian Shrimp, (my favourite!) ⁠ ⁠ The Seaside Series has become a beloved tradition at The Charcoal, and we were delighted to welcome even more guests for this 5th edition.
